This is my review of the Huawei P20 Pro running Lineage OS in July 2018. Lineage OS offers a stock android experience running 8.1 and its rammed full of features! Lineage OS now also supports the stock P20 pro camera from EMUI and the phone is lightening fast with great battery + other customisation.

How can we unlock the bootloader now that huawei heve close that option?
I was given a p20 pro but it's a clone, does anyone know if this rom could work with it? (yes, clones are crap, I know but I just want to try) :p

Anyone else having problems with TWRP on the P20 Pro? My P20 Pro will not let me erase data, both caches or the system. Hell I cant even backup any of the systems. When I try to install custom roms through TWRP just to see if it is possible it gives me a file system of which I cannot navigate for the life of me. If anyone has had this problem but has solved it hit me up lol

Time of custom rooms is just the past… today's sphones are so powerfull and android is so improved that you don't need custom rooms anymore. These were times when you had to install custom rooms because phone with 2 gb of ram was weak by itself and android 6.0 marshmallow and bellow was one big miss of a os when it comes to performance. Since nougat 7.0 came out android manager was improwed so much, stay on your stock android because it has the best security it does not have lags or things like that, it does not crash like custom do, and it is more stable to use, if it have some apps preinstalled just disable them or debloat your phone .. .there are much non root ways to debloat your phone. So dont use custom room if you have 7.0 nougat android or oreo or pie. That is what i am telling you guys with my massive expirience by flashing phones and using all phones since android 3 …. i had them maybe 20 + as my dayli phones, and i flashed and rooted more than 1 000 phones…. And sorry abaut my bad english, it is not as good as i am good with phones hahahahhaha
2:45. I feel like it's laggy; I like how far you go when customizing your phone though.. +is it possible to flash back, if there was anything wrong with the hardware later on; to send it in?

Bro, you didn't get 15hrs Screen-on time. You got 3.5 hrs. You basically get the same battery life without lineage.

There is NO WAY to unlock the bootloader right now. I am very dissapointed ( p20 pro )
Use lean launcher on play store, it's basically pixel launcher with extra mods
Android Auto does not work with this ROM…any suggestions? 🙁
