This in my opinion is the best android tv box of 2017 (Kodi box known by some). It is dual boot which means you can run Kodi, SPMC, and other forks along side your Android OS by using Libre Elec which is based on Kodi 17 Krypton. DBMC runs on 16 Jarvis.

Nice box i got the T8S Plus v1 and v2 they work well and as you say Droidbox have awesome support, but my daily driver box is the Nvidia Shield.

to be honest in ive had this box for some time and i had to get a new box, the controler alwats cuts out, always closes and there store stops working. in my opinion it is not worth the money.
